I want a just about anything that will enhance my e-commerce stores…I as soon as I’m done fixing my stuff…I will be diving full time in to creating ee-based ecommerce applications anything that assist this process…will be of tremendous help..

A support system for EE authors would be a huge benefit. An ideal system would allow for opening new tickets, managing existing tickets, FAQ searches, and live chat with support folks.
