Paul, regardless of whether a developer has been banned, thrown out, run over by a train, or ejected into the outer reaches of space, it’s devot:ee’s job to list what add-ons are available for ExpressionEngine. The Paginatee add-on is still publicly available, and it works - I’ve used it on a site with a lot of content and traffic.
